We cannot say thank you enough to Nina who helped us find our dream house (We are moving in in a month, very excited!). We met Nina at one of her open houses two years ago. Her warm smile, in-depth real estate knowledge, and professionalism really impressed us. Although we didn't buy that house, we decided to ask Nina to be our REALTOR®. With limited budget and lots of requirements, it wasn't a surprise that it took two years of house hunting to finally find the perfect one. Yet, Nina has always been patient with us. She never rushes us into anything. Rather she spent time with us, talked to us, and learned all of our needs. Then she kept a close eye on those properties that suited us. She knows the Tri-Cities and Burnaby areas like her backyard and she is amazingly knowledgeble in the structure and materials of all the properties. When we went to see a property, she pointed out all the pros and cons of the property to us. 70% of the problems she pointed out were completely novel to us, which we would not have even thought about. Nina has an remarkbly good sense on what may or may not work for us. Her verdicts on the properties we've seen all turned out correct, and we would have missed our dream house if Nina didn't insist that we took a look. Besides being a great REALTOR®, Nina is also a great resource. She knows the best inspectors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and contractors. Yet she never forced anything on us. Even after we insisted using one of her acquaintances, she always adviced us to shop around before we made a decision. Nina always responds to our questions within hours and always treats our requests as priority, even if it takes her the entire Saturday afternoon or long working hours until 3am. We can't believe it has already been over a year since we moved into our new home. We were talking the other night about it, remembering the "incredible marathon weekend" of our house hunting, the tense days waiting for our offer to be accepted, and all the ridiculous back and forth with the vendors over the 2nd parking space!
